    Conduru is an exclusive chocolate that comes from a small cocoa plantation in Brazil. With this cocoa, 100 chocolate cylinders of 1 kg have been produced in order to get a limited series of 100 packs. The first of them, and always the most special, was delivered to Pierre Hermé, named the world’s best pastry chef at the 2016 World’s 50 Best Restaurants ceremony in New York.

    Design of the new identity
    Design of the new identity of Bofill. The briefing is oriented to give a new focus to their unique product, the sausage “llonganissa Bofill”. In this new phase of the brand, the customer wants to add a new feature of the product, which is the fact of being an ecological llonganissa. The maximum quality and the ecological production will make of Bofill one of the most prestigious “llonganissa” in the world.

    El Celler de Can Roca, the world’s best restaurant according to the list “The World’s 50 Best Restaurants” in 2013 and 2015, closed during one month to go with 35 of its staff on a tour in Mexico, Colombia and Peru. This trip was documented with the objective to publish a book about this experience and with the recipes created expressly for this tour.

    Snowmold is the way that the pastry chef Miquel Guarro has chosen to wish a Merry Christmas in 2015.
    The design of the project is inspired by one of the representative forms of Christmas, the snow fractal, which gets relevancy both inside and outside of the packaging.

    Hotel Mas La Ferreria is a small hotel in Vall de Bianya, La Garrotxa, located in a house built at the end of the 14th century. Its name, meaning The Forge, comes from the profession that had the first known proprietor of the house, Bernat Pagès, blacksmith.

    The Chocolate Academy is a Barry Callebaut training school for professionals. Every year, they offer a wide variety of courses for professionals of the chocolate and pastry sectors. In 2012, we received the assignment to create the design of such a special catalogue.

    Interior design and furniture design for a chocolate academy for professionals. In the renovation, various spaces that had different uses were joined together, and when considering the interior design, we chose to emphasize this concept, following the industrial aesthetics, but giving a different character to each room with a unique common thread, the acid colours.

    Design of packaging for the presentation of the ecological olive oil Ros Caubó, a limited edition of 100 units for distributors. To transmit the ecological character of the product, it has been made with two pieces of olive tree wood and an inside part of handcrafted paper pulp. The two parts are tied with hemp ropes.

    In the design of the logotype, we wanted to represent the union of the two concepts that compound the name and that, a priori, seem opposed, the meditation and the executives.

    The pack contains two books of recipes and it is inspired by the traditional tales, on the design, the texts, the typography and the finishing touches –blunt edges and fabric spine–. It contains also an offset spatula.

    The concept and design of the logo are created from a variety of colours and textures, and they combine basic geometry with typographical disproportion, all of them characteristic of the childish context.

    Design of a tray inspired by the fermentation drawers of the cocoa. The chocolates are put on a methacrylate that allows the cocoa beans to be seen. The presentation show was at night, and the box was equipped with LED lights that backlight the cocoa.

    Tocantins is a chocolate that comes from small cocoa plantations from the Amazon delta. The production is limited and reserved exclusively to the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants”. The packaging for the presentation is made with paper paste, tied with fine rope and sealed with sealing wax, evoking a remote origin with a band that provides exclusivity.

    Ros Caubó is an ecological olive oil, made from 100% arbequina. The design of the brand is inspired by the tradition of the maritime business and by the navigation instruments. The packaging combines esthetic resources from mid XX century with the most contemporary graphics. The orange capsule contrasts with the range of organic colours in order to provide it with personality.

    Design of the packaging of the dessert made by the Michelin star awarded Hisop Restaurant for New Year’s menu. The product forms, together with other main dishes, a catering gourmet menu, sold at Vila Viniteca. The premise was that the packaging had to be also the recipient to serve the product at the table.

    Corporate image and naming for a physiotherapy centre in Barcelona. Amainar -to soothe- apart from meaning that the wind and the rain slow down, it is also a synonym for calming down. Phonetically, it is soft, pleasant and reassuring, it connotes welfare. Graphically, it adopts soft forms with the repetition of a personalized “a”, clear and open, as the centre’s philosophy.
