Interiorism
The innovative creations that the chefs concoct each day at the Chocolate Academy in Vic have a high level of creativity which had to be reflected in the interior décor. With this in mind, we crafted the interior design, including furniture, at the school for professional chocolatiers.
The renovation united spaces which have different uses, unifying the ambience and creating larger spaces with greater functionality. Following an industrial aesthetic, we also imbued each room with its own distinct character but used acid colours as a common theme to bring cohesion to the entire design.
With two storeys, the lower floor is dominated by the auditorium in which the different courses are taught by professionals from the sector while the upper floor is the place used by the professional chefs for experimentation.
