Branding & Editorial design

Kriskadecor is a renowned company that creates artistic forms with a chain from an aluminum thread, small links that, once joined, create long chains to give life to surprising projects. They collaborate with several architecture and interior design offices, and we can find their projects in more than 90 countries.

During the design process of the catalogue, we detected the need to differentiate the brand from the competition and thus to be able to reaffirm the company's trajectory over the years. So we restyled the brand and created an image that graphically represents the shape of the link that highlights its simplicity.

The imagotype gives importance to the original link, the smallest element of the chain. We also modified and adjusted some of the strokes of the original typeface.

We created the copy "Linking Ideas Since 1926 - The Original Patent 1932" giving importance to the trajectory of Kriskadecor.

The binding system is reminiscent of the material of the Kriska pieces, and converts a format that reminds us of a notebook, into an elegant catalogue.

The design of the catalogue is based on functionality and on user experience, where users find what they are looking for quickly and efficiently.
It is structured on three levels, in the first part the brand is disclosed, in the second, different projects and finally, in the third part, the technical characteristics.

As a game, we create a series of questions through the Kriskards, posing new challenges and leaving in the air a lot of possibilities that open new paths.
