Hincha — Jubany

Branding

Chef Nandu Jubany has entrusted us with the project to create the identity for his new restaurants in the MIM hotels, the first of which is located in Andorra. These are five-star hotels owned by Leo Messi and managed by Majestic Hotel Group. "Hincha" represents local gastronomy with a nod to Argentine cuisine, featuring pizzas made with sourdough and meats in the Argentine style.

Hincha

We are looking for a naming that conveys enthusiasm and creates a festive atmosphere; we also want it to have a connection with Leo Messi. It is said that a "Hincha" is a fanatic supporter of their team in Argentina and South America in general. We start with a typography reminiscent of the numbers on football jerseys.

The logo adopts the behaviour of the "hinchas" in various applications, capturing the "wave" and movement in the stands. At the entrance, the logo takes the form of a moving football stadium grandstand. Each letter represents a person, and the composition forms groups of seats between different aisles and stairs.

We represent the "wave" in the stands with the arrangement of light boxes featuring chants and expressions of the "hinchas."

We have an imagotype that stems from the gesture of supporting the team, raised palm hands, forming the "H" of Hincha.

The graphics for menus, cards, takeaway packaging, etc., draw inspiration from football team flags.

We design uniforms collars reminiscent of 1970s football jerseys, featuring the number 10 of Leo Messi on the back.
